Hi there! I’m an educator, designer, and lifelong learner with over 14 years of experience spanning design, photography, and education. I’ve had the privilege of working with learners from five continents—across different age groups, abilities, learning environments, and socio-economic backgrounds. Whether I'm designing learning objectives to support business goals or building courses from the ground up, my goal is always the same: to make learning meaningful, engaging, and effective.
My background includes a Bachelor's in Art and Design from Texas State University and a Master’s in Education from the University of Texas at Arlington. I spent 12 rewarding years as an elementary educator, where I not only worked with students but also led professional development sessions for my peers and took on leadership roles that fueled my passion for helping others grow in their practice.
Over the past eight years, I’ve been designing learning experiences grounded in outcomes and data. In 2021, I stepped into the world of instructional design as an intern with Sententia Gamification. There, I designed a wide range of assets—from eBooks and slide decks to websites, logos, and advertisements. I earned my Gamification certification through Sententia and my Instructional Design certification through IDOL courses, and I haven’t looked back.
Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients—from large companies to individual entrepreneurs—including Integral Business, DevelopHer, Flying Cloud Solutions, and Promobile. Instructional design is the perfect blend of my two biggest passions: education and design. I’m so excited to continue growing in this field and helping others create impactful learning experiences.
